As a company we don't offer a 'free returns option' for stand alone orders; for transparency this is to combat the rising costs of processing returns & to reduce our carbon footprint where we can. Our monthly subscription option contains a free return option as standard.
In the event the garment returned is damaged then a refund will be declined.
Items are sent tracked via Evri being used as our preferred courier with the guarantee of sending the garment within 24 working hours of the order being placed.
