Returns Policy
All items listed are original and authentic, with the detail listed accurately as possible within the listing and shown on the images provided. Please bear in mind that a lot of our stock is 'pre-loved' so every effort is made to ensure you know what you're purchasing; please don't hesitate to ask for more images if required.
In the event you're not satisfied with the product please contact us requesting where to return the garment to. Refunds & exchanges are welcome if the garment doesn't fit or 'isn't quite right' however please be aware that the garment must be returned in the same condition and sent using a signed for service; this ensures the return is traceable. As a company we don't offer a 'free returns option' for stand alone orders; for transparency this is to combat the rising costs of processing returns & to reduce our carbon footprint where we can. Our monthly subscription option contains a free return option as standard.
In the event the garment returned is damaged then a refund will be declined.
Items are sent tracked via Evri being used as our preferred courier with the guarantee of sending the garment within 24 working hours of the order being placed. The garment is sent in a plastic wallet made from 100% recycled material with a biodegradable additive to ensure we're doing our part in reducing our carbon footprint.
